Everything at Huka is focused on the user. Our employees do not have to be reminded of this; it comes naturally to them out of a passion for the customer.
When trying to find solutions, Huka starts from the capabilities that a specific user has. We try to add only the things that the user cannot do (well) by himself or herself. This makes each Huka product unique, because every person has his/her own specific characteristics. Huka has taken up this individual approach and made it its standard.
At its core, the Huka brand is based on three main pillars:
Functionality
Functionality is the very reason why there is a need for a particular product. For Huka, the right functionality of the product is a basic condition. It makes no sense to make any concessions to functionality, as it is the very reason why the product is made in the first place.
Design
In addition to functionality, one of the main conditions for Huka is that the product should also look good. Don't hide, but show! Huka puts high demands on design. Each product must make the user feel proud. All must be products with which the user can identify.
Service
Fast delivery, professional support and fast response times. We will do anything we can... that's Huka. These product aspects are particularly important because our products help our customers function just like any other person.
