If it is not possible to have the repair done by you as a dealer there is the possibility to receive support via conference call. If the bicycle or wheelchair scooter cannot be repaired as a result of the conference call, it can be sent back to us, so that we can look at it at our location in Oldenzaal (The Netherlands).
