Warranty periods

Huka applies a 5 year warranty on the frame and fork on all tricycles, tandems, duo bikes, wheelchair bikes and wheelchair scooters. If you have your Huka bicycle registered by the end user on this page, you are eligible to receive a 10-year warranty on the frame and fork. For the wheelchair scooter Pendel you have a warranty period of 2 years applies.  The warranty does not apply to:

  • Parts that are subject to wear and tear, such as a chain or tires.
  • Damage or defects to the bicycle or wheelchair scooter caused by improper or injudicious use. Think for example of fall or impact damage.

Huka products that fall outside the warranty period or have been used improperly cannot be claimed for a free repair or replacement. We will confirm the additional costs in writing before the article in question is repaired.

(Specific) repairs

Is it a challenge to take care of the repair of a Huka bicycle? Our team at the service department are happy to support you if needed. Depending on the repair, one of our t eam members can support you by phone or the repair will take place at our facility in Oldenzaal (The Netherlands) if it is necessary. We can also provide your team with a training course that focuses on the maintenance and repair of our bicycles collection and wheelchair scooter. Do you want to know more? Damaged items

Huka is known for its service and far-reaching involvement. Should a bicycle or other Huka product be delivered damaged due to force majeure? Or has the bicycle or other product from Huka been damaged by the user and is it no longer possible to cycle safely and stably? Then contact us by phone at +31 (0)541-572 47 or e-mail us at service@hukabikes.com. We will look for a solution together with you as dealer.
